Richard Jaffa

Richard has been in the building construction business for over 50 years having worked on over 3000 homes and over 200,000 square feet of commercial property. Hailing from Detroit, Michigan, Richard attended Lawrence Technology University and later moved to Florida to pursue his goal of becoming a builder. He first fell in love with Park City upon purchasing a ski home here in 1981. In 1994, he and his son, Scott, formed the Jaffa Group, bringing top-quality construction and sophisticated design to Utah’s luxury home market. A certified green building professional, Richard has served on the Board of Directors for the National Association Home Builders, Utah Home Builders Association, the Board of Directors for the Park City Home Builders Association and is a member of the Salt Lake City Home Builders Association Remodel Council.
