Promontory II

This is located in an exclusive gated golf club community, just outside Park City. The home is sited on two lots that we combined to create an estate feel with ultimate privacy from the road and neighbors while maximizing the views to the golf course, as well as Deer Valley and Park City Ski Mountains. The home was designed to be a summer home for the clients to escape the Texas heat. With three grown married children, grandchildren and a close group of friends, the home was designed to incorporate an informal elegance that is light and bright. The clients used the words bright, modern, clean, jaw dropping, and grand when expressing their concepts for this home. We designed the home on three levels tucking the side of the home into the hillside, which allowed us to not only step the home up the hillside, but also allowed us to open up the two view sides with floor-to-ceiling glass to take advantage of the views. This 12,000 square foot home with 5 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms and a 4-car garage will be completed the Summer of 2020.
