This 16 acre site is located in a secluded neighborhood in Deer Valley, with unobstructed views to the Deer Valley Ski Resort. We sited the home at the top of the property to maximize views and privacy. The clients request was for a traditional ski home that had wood beams, columns and stone. This 9,000 square foot home includes 6 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms on three levels, with outdoor areas accessed from every level. The 5 guest rooms can be closed off from the rest of the home with a 12-foot barn door when the owners are in residence alone. The kitchen was designed as the heart of the home since all of the cooking is truly a family affair.
