Terry started his construction career as a union laborer in a hydro-electric power plant tunnel, later transitioning to residential construction. He moved to Utah from his native California in 1992 and served with a local builder for 18 years, rising to Vice President of Operations. Terry and his crews specialized in luxury custom homes, creating features such as floating curved stairways, curved timber trusses, radius steel beams, radius roofs, domed ceilings and more. Terry decided to bring his extensive expertise to the Jaffa Group where he strives to provide clients with the best service and the best-quality home possible.
