Every detail of this 10,000 square feet ski-in/out home was custom designed and fabricated to suit the space – located in Deer Valley’s prestigious Bald Eagle neighborhood – featuring 5 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, 7 fireplaces, interior basketball half-court, gym, music room and office.

Horizontal alternating 8-inch and 2-inch siding reinforces the exterior stone with its horizontal limestone banding. Reclaimed wide plank oak floors and naturally oiled rift-cut oak doors, windows and casework add a rustic elegance to the interiors.

Custom cabinetry in the chef’s kitchen also feature rift-cut oak with recessed pulls while the island is crafted from reclaimed barn wood with a stainless counter. A pyrite tile in a brushed and polished finish gives the backsplash a glint of Utah’s mining past.
