Scott has an impressive resume with more than 20 years in the building industry, Scott has earned a reputation for excellence by incorporating unique and lasting designs into quality building construction. In addition to being recognized as an award-winning architect, Scott's professional experience includes all facets of design build, including site acquisition, land planning, job cost estimating and budget analysis, design, and construction.
Richard Jaffa
Owner
Richard grew up in Detroit Michigan and later moved to Florida to pursue his goal to become a builder over 48 years ago. Richard built a highly successful homebuilding company that employed five builders and countless employees working on various projects throughout the area. Richard and his wife Sheri purchased a home in Park City in 1981. Richard is the past president and active member of the Park City Homebuilders Association.
