
Dean Woodard
Dean was born in Renton, Washington where he lived there for 3 years. He grew up mainly in northern Utah. He started framing homes with his Dad in the Roy and Ogden area when he was twelve years old.
Dean served in the U S Army for 3 years in Colorado and Germany. Where he worked as a mechanic and electric power plant operator. Later, he started framing and foundation work in the Park City and Salt Lake City area. In 1982 he got his Utah State Contractors license. He lived and worked in the Heber and Summit county area until 2002. He also worked in Las Vegas for 3 years where he was a superintendent on a 40,000 square foot church addition as well as a 80,000 square foot casino. “I have always enjoyed building and especially enjoy the custom home building we do here at the Jaffa Group. The attention to detail and green thinking is a new and challenging process” says Dean.

Certifications: Utah State General contractor license 1982-2008 & Multiple courses at the National Home Builder convention 2009
