Existing Home Sales Hit 18-Month High, Prices Rise

WASHINGTON—U.S. home resales surged to their highest level in 18 months in March as more homes came on the market, a sign of strength in housing ahead of the spring selling season.

Entertainment spaces are an important part of any home. They provide a space for friends to gather and relax. This bar area is a perfect example of one of those spaces. This space has a relaxed atmosphere. From the curved shape of the bar to the bright purple fabric on the chairs, this space feels fun and relaxing. The floor to ceiling glass wall that separates the wine room, allows for an open feel between the spaces. This also serves as the focal point for the entire space. In this home this spot is one of the favorite hang outs for guests.
