Still Opportunities
in Housing in 2014

Home prices likely will not rise as much in 2014 as they did in 2013, but the market continues to recovery and there are still good opportunities out there for buyers, homes.com executive vice president Brock MacLean said this morning on the MoneyBeat show.

“I think there's going to continue to be good news” in 2014, he said. All 300 markets that the firm tracks saw gains in 2013, he said, and of those, 84 have made a complete recovery back to prerecession levels. Another 165 have recovery about half of their prerecession levels, he said, which means there's still opportunities out there for buyers.

The pillows were created with outdoor fabric so they are bright and durable. We used jersey sheets and duvets to give the bedding a comfortable feel.
