Winterization Tips

With the winter months fast approaching, we thought it would be a good time to share the following tips:

Replace smoke detector batteries
Replace garage door batteries
When having your fire suppression system checked make sure they
check the Glycol mixture level
Check fire suppression system
Change all filters including Furnace filters, Reverse Osmosis unit filters and Humidifiers filter pads
Check boilers
Disconnect hoses from hose bibs
Blow out and turn off sprinklers
Open fireplace flues
