Richard Jaffa, CGP

Richard grew up in Detroit Michigan and attended Lawrence Technology University and later moved to Florida to pursue his goal to become a builder. He has been in the building construction business for over 51 years. Richard built a highly successful home building company that employed five builders and countless employees that built over 3000 homes and apartments and over 200,000 square feet of commercial while working on other various projects throughout the area. Richard and his wife Sheri moved to Utah and purchased a ski home in Park City in 1981. Richard is currently on the Board of Directors for the National Association Home Builder, Utah Home Builders Association, the 2010 Construction Technology Research Subcommittee and the Green Building Program. He was the past president and current member and on the Board of Directors for the Park City Home Builders Association. He also is a member of the Salt Lake City Home Builders Association Remodel Council.
