Dan Foley

Dan has been in the building business for over 35 years. During this time he has been involved in many projects ranging from Medical Offices, Office Suites, Bank Buildings, and Single Family Homes in Tampa Florida, Washington DC and Park City Utah. Currently he is a licensed General Contractor.

Since 1995, Dan has been building Luxury Homes, Condominiums and resort lodging in Park City, Utah. He has built single family luxury homes ranging in size from 4,500 square feet. to 25,000 square feet. Resort lodging projects that Dan served as Project Manager have included the Deer Valley Club, Sterling Lodge and Black Diamond Lodge at Deer Valley.

Dan's attention to detail, quality and project management along with his extensive experience with various types of construction enhance the construction team to provide the highest quality projects.
